刘晨，博士，讲师。2017年本科毕业于安庆师范大学统计学专业，2020年硕士毕业于河海大学统计学专业，2024年博士毕业于河海大学现代力学数学基础专业获工学博士学位。主持并完成江苏省研究生科研创新计划项目、河海大学优博培育项目各1项，主持国家自然科学基金数学天元基金项目1项。主要研究方向为系统分析与控制、强化学习。现任中国自动化学会自适应动态规划与强化学习专业委员会委员，兼任数学与统计学院学科科研秘书。
